1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to v77 (v77.bz). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the operator of v77 ("we", "company", or "Platform"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the v77 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, bonus claims, and communication with our support team.

2 Account Eligibility

To open and use a v77 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Not on any self-exclusion list from wagering activities enforced by any relevant authority or platform.
• Have never had a v77 account closed, suspended, or banned due to a previous breach of terms.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the v77 platform. Duplicate accounts created by the same individual will be closed without prior notice and account balances may be forfeited in accordance with the platform's anti-fraud policy.

3 Account Registration & Security

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false, incomplete, or misleading information provided during registration may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances without compensation.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
• Ensuring that no third party uses your account without your authorisation.
• Notifying the v77 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accepting full responsibility for all activities carried out through your account.

V77 will never ask for your password via email, Telegram, or any other channel. If you receive such a request, do not comply and report it to our support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

V77 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit terms you need to know:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed instantly once payment is confirmed by the payment service provider.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities on the v77 platform.
• V77 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal terms you need to know:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your v77 account.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 2 hours on business days.
• V77 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.

5 Bonus & Promotions Terms

V77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that will be stated on the relevant promotions page. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Every bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.

6 Game Rules

All games available in the v77 Game Lobby are operated by licensed third-party software providers that have been independently audited. The specific rules for each game are displayed within the respective game interface and must be understood by members before playing.

General game terms applicable across the v77 platform:

• All game results are final once a round or hand has been completed.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved based on the server logs recorded by the v77 system.
• In the event of an undecidable outcome due to a system failure, the related wager will be voided and the balance refunded.
• The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Conduct

V77 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Opening more than one account or assisting others in creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming repeated bonuses.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another individual.
• Using a payment method that is not yours or conducting transactions on behalf of a third party.
• Committing fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful financial activity through the v77 platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or carrying out any action that could cause harm to v77 staff or other members.
• Attempting to access v77 systems or databases without authorisation.
• Spreading false or misleading information about v77 to the public.

V77 maintains a record of all activity on the platform. Any conduct suspected of violating these terms will be investigated and appropriate action taken, including reporting to the relevant authorities if necessary.

8 Account Termination & Closure

You have the right to close your v77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been settled, as any remaining balance after account closure may not be recoverable.

V77 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Receiving information that a member has applied for self-exclusion from wagering activities.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

9 Liability Limits

V77 and its related parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gaming outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.
• Delays in transaction processing due to third-party issues such as banks or digital wallet providers.

The v77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous, error-free service, we make no guarantee that the platform will always be available, free from errors, or fully secure from external threats.

10 Terms Amendment & Applicable Laws

V77 reserves the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members at least 7 days before taking effect, via a notice on the website or to the registered email address.

Continued use of the v77 platform after the effective date of any terms amendment will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
